Maldron Hotels & Partners  Guest WiFi is provided to guests and visitors free of charge. It is, like other amenities provided in good faith for personal use, entertainment and business use.

It is a public network and it is up to the user to ensure the security of their devices when using the Guest WiFi network.  Like all services and amenities provided to guests and visitors to the hotel, abuse of, interference with or damage to the provision of the service may result in the hotel removing access to the service and pursuit of repair costs.

By using our internet service, you hereby expressly acknowledge and agree that there are significant security, privacy and confidentiality risks inherent in accessing or transmitting information through the internet and when using wireless technology.

Accordingly, you agree that the owner and/or provider of this network is NOT liable for any interception or transmissions, computer worms or viruses, loss of Data, file corruption, hacking or damage to your computer or other devices that result from transmission or download of information or materials through the internet service provided.  No warranty or guarantee is implied nor given to the quality, speed or coverage of WiFi at the hotel.  Further, the owner and/or provider is not responsible for any other network that may or may not be available on the hotel’s property.  It is the users’ responsibility to satisfy their security needs and to what networks they connect or join.

Use of the wireless network is subject to general restrictions.  If abnormal, illegal, or unauthorised behaviour is detected, including heavy consumption of bandwidth, the network provider reserves the right to permanently disconnect the offending device from the wireless network.
