We ask meeting organisers to arrive 30 minutes before your event begins so we can show you to your meeting space and ensure everything is organisers and fully sanitised before your delegates arrive.

Individual water bottles will be available for your meeting. Individually wrapped lunch can be pre-ordered and served inside the meeting room. Tea and coffee will also be individually served.

We operate a robust cleaning schedule with enhanced sanitisation of high touch points and a bespoke sanitisation treatment device spray using anolyte water so you can be sure your meeting space is clean and safe. Meeting spaces are socially distanced, as per government guidelines, and set in the style that works for your event.
