Our gym offers state-of-the-art equipment, including resistance machines free weights area, treadmills, rowers, cross-trainers and bikes. Our team of fitness experts are friendly, approachable and always happy to help you or answer your questions.

- Saturday: 8:00am - 7:30pm
- Sunday: 9:00am - 7:00pm
To help our team close safely, please vacate the Gym & Pool 15 minutes before closing time.
Children must vacate the swimming pool by 7:00pm daily.
