Maldron Hotel Shoreditch, London City
This new Maldron hotel will be a 4-star property located in the heart of Shoreditch, immediately to the north of the City of London. Shoreditch has become a popular and fashionable part of London. The hotel is superbly located 500 metres from Old Street Underground Station and 800 metres from Liverpool Street Underground Station. The new Maldron hotel will have between 145 to 150 rooms, along with restaurant and bar facilities. The opening date for this owned hotel is currently under review.
Maldron Hotel Brighton
The new 4-star Maldron Hotel will be located close to the waterfront, with Brighton pier, Brighton Conference Centre and the main trainline just a short walking distance from the hotel. The newly built 221 bedroom hotel facilities include restaurant, bar, gym and meeting rooms. The hotel is expected to open in Q2 2024.
Maldron Hotel Liverpool
The new 4-star Maldron hotel will be of part of a mixed-use scheme being jointly developed by Valorem Investment Partners. The hotel will be adjacent to the award winning Liverpool One retail and leisure complex and within walking distance of all the city centre attractions. The hotel will comprise approximately 260 rooms, a restaurant, a bar and meeting room facilities. The hotel is expected to open Q2 2024.
Maldron Hotel Cathedral Quarter Manchester
Our second Maldron Hotel in Manchester will open mid-2024. Located close to Victoria Station the newly built 180 bedroom 4 star hotel facilities include restaurant, bar and meeting rooms.
Maldron Hotel Croke Park, Dublin
This new Maldron hotel will be a 4-star property located adjacent to Croke Park Stadium in central Dublin. The hotel, which will be located on the junction of Clonliffe Road and Jones’s Road will also enjoy excellent connectivity to the air, road and rail network, with Drumcondra Train station and Aircoach stop a 7-minute walk from the hotel. The hotel will also benefit from its proximity to Dublin’s city centre, the IFSC and exciting new developments such as the Technological University campus at Grangegorman. The hotel will have approximately 200 bedrooms, a business centre with 6 meeting rooms, together with bar and restaurant facilities. The opening date for this hotel is currently under review.
