We have some very exciting times ahead – 4 brand new Maldron hotels are set to open over the course of 2020 and 2021!

Maldron Hotel Glasgow
This new Maldron hotel will be a 4-star property ideally located on Renfrew Street in the centre of Glasgow. The hotel will have circa 300 air-conditioned rooms, a bar, restaurant and meeting facilities. The hotel is expected to open in Q4 2020.
Maldron Hotel Birmingham
This new Maldron hotel will be a 4-star property, centrally located on Suffolk Street in the heart of Birmingham city, adjacent to the Mailbox shopping centre complex and a short walk to the Bullring shopping centre and New Street train station. The hotel will have circa 330 air-conditioned bedrooms, a bar, restaurant and meeting room facilities and is targeting to open during 2021.
Maldron Hotel Manchester
This new 4-star Maldron Hotel is ideally located in the centre of the city, adjacent to the latest large scale mixed-use development in Manchester, Circle Square which is due for completion in 2020. The hotel will have 278 air-conditioned bedrooms, a bar, restaurant and suite of meeting rooms and is expected to open during 2021.
Maldron Hotel Merrion Road, Dublin
The new hotel will be developed on the former Tara Towers Hotel site located in Dublin 4. The immediate area of the hotel includes Ballsbridge, Donnybrook and Blackrock and is one of the largest and longest established office and residential locations in Dublin. The hotel is ideally located close to the RDS and the Aviva Stadium. The area is also very well served by public transport – Bus and DART station and is easily accessible off the M50. The new development will comprise a 4-star Maldron hotel, 69 residential units and a basement car park. The hotel will have 140 bedrooms, meeting rooms, a bar and restaurant and is expected to open in 2021.
The Samuel, Dublin
This new hotel is located within short walking distance of The Convention Centre Dublin, the IFSC business district and the 3Arena, and is linked to all main shopping and leisure districts by Luas, Dublin’s light rail system. The 4-star property will operate within the Dalata portfolio but with bespoke branding consistent with the broader Spencer Place development. The hotel will have over 200 bedrooms together with stylish bar and restaurant facilities in keeping with the design and appearance of the overall Spencer Place development project. Construction has commenced with a target opening of Q4 2020.
