It was built in 1772 on 550 acres of countryside woodland, just an hour from Dublin city and 15 minutes from the M4. It has famously hosted the annual music festival Electric Picnic since 2004.

There is also a fishing lake and the Irish Steam Rally festival, an event where all enthusiasts gather to race against each other. The Equestrian Centre in Stradbally Hall is a unique setting for improving your riding skills or preparing for a horse show. Try trekking, hacking or tackle a cross country course! The fields vary from 6 to 10 miles and have jumps to suit all levels of horse riders.
