Get your hiking boots ready as you head 25km from the hotel to Moniknew in the Slieve Bloom Mountains. Here you will meet with Willie Hyland and he will take your group on a 7.5km hike followed by 1 hour of yoga or meditation. But that’s not all! Visit Kildare Village which is only 15 minutes from the hotel and enjoy 10% off in most stores throughout the village.

Founded in 2019 by Willie Hyland, Midland Escape is based in Ballacolla, Co Laois. Willie has a passion for empowering people and gives them the tools to look after their health and well-being. Willie played sport at an elite level including inter-county hurling with Laois for 11 years. He is a big believer in well-being activities with exercise being scientifically proven to boost your mood while yoga works to control and calm your mind.
