Starters

Wild Mushroom Soup

Wild Irish mushrooms and porcini, thyme mascarpone and grilled ciabatta.

Classic Greek Salad

This seasonal dish contains kalamata olives, heirloom tomatoes, roasted peppers, cucumber, oregano, and crumbled barrel aged feta.

Marinated Goat’s Cheese Salad

Ardsallagh goats’ cheese, rolled in crushed hazelnuts with, roast Irish beets. Rocket, green beans and cherry tomatoes.

Mains

Jane Russell Meatballs

Jane Russell’s award-winning nduja meatballs. Buttered tagliatelle, aged parmesan shavings and basil.

Roasted Hake Fillet

Roast fillet of Irish hake, braised butter beans, Bantry Bay mussels and capers, in a rich tomato ragout.

Tikka Masala

Irish Chicken marinated in tikka masala paste with natural homemade yoghurt. Served with rice, poppadoms, homemade raita and mango chutney.

Traditional Fish & Chips

Irish haddock fillet, in crisp Hop House 13 beer batter, gribiche sauce and caramelized lemon with twice cooked chips.

Dessert

Chocolate Tart

Shortcrust pastry, rich Belgian chocolate ganache and quenelle. Hazelnut crumb and tonka bean ice cream.

Banana Caramel Choux

Homemade choux pastry. banana mousse and toffee sauce. Served with salted popcorn and berries. Our take on a banoffee.

Trio of Desserts

Coconut snowball, white chocolate and raspberry cheesecake and strawberry ice cream. Chocolate sauce and raspberries.
