What is the hotel’s smoking policy?
Maldron Hotel Newcastle operates a strictly non-smoking policy. We do have a designated outdoor smoking area at the front of the hotel to accommodate guests who smoke. A deep cleaning fee will be charged to guests who are found to be in breach of our no smoking policy.

Yes, we have Maldron Hotels gift cards available to purchase at reception or online. Our gift cards can be used in any Maldron Hotel or Clayton Hotel.

Yes, our reception team will be happy to help with boarding pass printing if required.
Does the hotel offer currency exchange?
No, but we will be happy to direct you to the nearest facility.
Do you supply travel adapters?
No, we don’t supply travel adapters, however, there are shops in very close proximity where these can be purchased.
Does the hotel offer gym facilities on-site?
The Hotel has a small fitness suite onsite which is free to use for all guests. A larger gym and classes can be found at the Gym Group Newcastle City, just a 2-minute walk away.
