Maldron Hotel Newcastle’s 3 stylish and versatile meeting rooms are perfect options for your next meeting, training and team-building event. Kick off your next meeting with 2-80 delegates in beautifully decorated meeting rooms with 75-inch plasma screens, high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning and natural daylight. Our rooms are located in a card-access area on the first floor and are fully wheelchair accessible. Keep the energy up over breaks with our dedicated break-out area featuring a coffee machine, refreshment station and comfy seating. Fully flexible to your needs. Our rooms are all customisable to any setup you require and our dedicated events team are always on hand to assist.

Meeting Rooms

The Grainger suite is our largest meeting space taking up a corner position on the first floor. At 58m2 metres it offers space for a wide range of events.

 

The Stephenson suite is 42m2. This bright airy room is ideal for presentations, seminars, training or evening networking.

On the far left of our meeting floor, our Dobson Suite is almost identical to the Stephenson Suite. It’s perfect for smaller meetings, interviews and training sessions. 

Keep the energy going over lunch with a 2 course conference buffet or an Afternoon snack at our Grain & Grill restaurant. Our chef team has crafted a delicious selection of dishes using the freshest ingredients from local suppliers. Suitable for all tastes and diets our menus include vegan and free from options.
We also provide corporate catering with everything from prosecco and canapes to 3 course bespoke menus. On sunny days we’ll even fire up the outdoor grill for a business BBQ in our courtyard. Our events team are always happy to help you explore delicious options for your next corporate event.
