We have three dedicated accessible bedrooms located on the main floor of the hotel.
Each room has been thoughtfully designed to provide sufficient space for wheelchair users including adequate manoeuvring space throughout the bedroom. Furniture is positioned to allow ease of movement and the layout ensures comfortable access to the bed, storage areas, and bathroom facilities.
All fixtures and furnishings are selected and arranged to support accessibility and independent use wherever possible.

Our accessible bathrooms are designed to support comfort, safety and independent use wherever possible.
Bathrooms feature roll-in or walk-in showers to provide step-free access, and shower chairs available upon request. Grab rails are positioned beside the toilet and within the shower area to offer additional support and stability.
Lower-level sinks are installed to allow easier access for wheelchair users. Toiletries are positioned within reachable height to ensure convenience and ease of use.

Our public areas are designed to ensure easy and convenient access for all guests.
Reception, main lobby, restaurant, and bar are all located on the ground floor, providing step-free access throughout these areas. The layout allows for smooth movement between facilities, making navigation simple and comfortable for guests using wheelchairs or mobility aids.
Public washrooms are located on the ground floor, including a fully accessible washroom designed to accommodate wheelchair users and guests requiring additional space and support.

Assistance dogs and guide dogs are warmly welcomed throughout the hotel.
11. Safety & Staff Training
Our staff are trained in disability awareness and inclusive guest service. Personal Emergency Evacuation Plans (PEEPs) can be arranged for guests who may require additional assistance in the event of an emergency. Please inform our team upon arrival so we can ensure appropriate supports are in place.
Vibrating pillows are available upon request for guests with hearing impairments.
Our team are available 24 hours a day and are always happy to assist any guest who may require additional support during their stay.
