Live Video Conference

Transform your meeting with our new live video conference solution to engage guests both in and out of your meeting room with our 65” CleverTouch screen mounted on an AV trolley with a Polycom Studio Conference bar mounted underneath. This allows our guests to run video conferences in meeting rooms for up to 10-12 people. All guest’s software preferences can be accommodated. The connected PC can be controlled via the touchscreen or via a wireless keyboard and pad combination.

Both the 747 and the Fingal boardrooms enjoy natural daylight and our newest state of the art Control boardroom is conveniently located just off the lobby. All our bigger boardrooms come equipped with large built-in screens as standard.

The ever-flexible Fitzmaurice Suite can be sectioned into 3 parts to perfectly accommodate your event. The Fitzmaurice Suite is home to many repeat customers who love its airy feeling and lobby location.

Should you have any dining requirements, we offer a plentiful selection of food and beverage options to suit your meeting. From pastries, tea and coffee on arrival to energy-boosting breaks and everything in between.

Our Red Bean Roastery is open daily, offering tea and coffee, breakfast items and a selection of freshly prepared seasonal salads and sandwiches for lunch. Freshly baked cakes, pastries and scones are also available throughout the day.

For lunch, we can offer a variety of tasty menus to be served in your meeting room or in The Bar.
