• What time is check-in?

  Check-in is officially from 3pm. Earlier check-in is subject to room availability. For this reason, the only way to guarantee early check-in is to book the room from the day prior to arrival. If it is not possible to check-in earlier than 3pm, our guests may leave luggage with our front office team at the reception area.

• What time is check-out?

  Check-out is at 12 noon.

• Is it possible to get a late check-out?

  Late check-out is subject to availability. It may be possible to check-out later than 12 noon with a €10 charge per hour until 3pm maximum. It is advisable to discuss the possibility of this with our front office team at the reception desk.

• What are the times for breakfast?

  Monday to Friday from 7am – 10am

  Weekends & Bank Holiday from 8am – 11am

• Is a reservation for dinner required?

  It may not be required. However, we do recommend making a table reservation prior to avoid disappointment.

• Do you have family rooms?

  Yes, we can offer a quadruple room also called a family room. Each of these is comprised of two double beds. That means that four people will share two double beds.

• Do you have cribs for children?

  Yes, we can offer to include one baby cot into most of our room types, free of charge.

• Can you provide babysitting?

  No, we don’t provide babysitting services.

• What type of room should I book for three adults?

  Our triple rooms have a double bed and a single bed. This means that two adults would need to share a double bed. We do not have rooms with three single beds.

• Do you have connecting rooms?

  Yes, we have 4 interconnecting rooms. Each of these is comprised of one double bed and one single bed.

• Do room rates include breakfast?

  Maldron Hotel Pearse Street offers both room only and bed & breakfast rates. Room only rates do not include breakfast.

• What in room amenities are included?

  All of our bedrooms are equipped with a hairdryer, an iron and an ironing board and tea/coffee making facilities for your complimentary use.

• Do bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms?

  Yes, all bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with dual rain showers.

• Do you have wheelchair accessible rooms?

  Yes, we have 6 wheelchair accessible rooms. These rooms have roll-in wet rooms and are fully compliant.

• Does the hotel offer free WiFi?

  Yes, our guests have complimentary access to our hotel’s WiFi throughout the hotel and in all guest bedrooms.

• Do you have room service?

  Yes, we offer room service until 10pm daily.

• Do you have a gym?

  No, there is no gym on-site.

• Is the hotel air-conditioned?

  Our executive rooms have air-conditioning, our standard rooms do not.

• Does the hotel provide international adaptors?

  There are European sockets in all of our bedrooms. Adapters for United States plugs are available at a charge.

• Is the hotel a non-smoking hotel?

  Yes, all bedrooms at Maldron Hotel Pearse Street are completely non-smoking. We do have a designated outdoor smoking area at the front of the hotel to accommodate guests who smoke. A deep cleaning fee will be charged to guests who are found to be in breach of our no smoking policy.

• Are pets permitted?

  No, only certified guide dogs are permitted in our hotel.

• Does the hotel have a car park and what is the cost?

  Maldron Hotel Pearse Street has limited on-site parking facilities. Guests arriving by car will be offered spaces on a first come, first served basis. The price is €15 per night and can be paid at the hotel reception.

• What are the room rates at Maldron Hotel Pearse Street?

• What is the cancellation policy?

  Our flexible rates have a cancellation policy of notice by 2pm 24 hours prior to the arrival date booked. Our advanced purchase rates are payable at the time of booking and each reservation is non-transferable and non-refundable.

• What is the hotel’s credit card policy?

  We require a credit card to make and secure a booking. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards. If a booking is secured with a debit card, a cash deposit may be required.

• What does our “no show” policy entail?

  If you do not show on the day of your booking, you will be charged the full amount for your first night’s stay. If you have booked our “advanced purchase” or “prepay and save” rates, you will incur a 100% penalty charge for the entire duration of your stay.

• Can I get a bus from Dublin Airport to the hotel?

  We are located on Pearse Street, less than a 5-minute walk from Grand Canal Square and approximately 15 minutes’ walk from O’Connell Bridge.
