    What’s the check-in time?

    Rooms are available for check-in from 3.00 pm onwards.

    What’s the check-out time?

    Check-out is at 11.00 am on the day of departure. Late check-out is subject to availability and it is advisable to discuss the possibility of this with our front office team at the reception desk.

    Is it possible to check-in early?

    If you arrive before 2 pm we can store your luggage until the room is available. To guarantee early arrival please contact our reservations team. Please note that additional charges may apply.

    Do you store luggage for early arrival/late departure guests?

    Yes, service is available to hotel guests to store their luggage prior to check-in or on departure. Our porter team would be delighted to store your luggage while you wait.

    Is there a way to check-in in advance?

    Advance check-in service is available to our guests who receive the advance check-in email before their stay. In this email you will find everything you need to know regarding your stay with us, including parking and transport information, things to do in the area, breakfast and dining options, room upgrade options as well as offers and much more.     Does the hotel offer free WiFi?

    Yes, there is dry cleaning service available to all hotel residents for a charge.

    Yes, our reception desk is open 24 hours a day with reception available to assist hotel residents.

    What is the hotel’s smoking policy?

    All bedrooms at Maldron Hotel Merrion road are completely non-smoking. We do have a designated outdoor smoking area at the front of the hotel to accommodate guests who smoke. A deep cleaning fee will be charged to guests who are found to be in breach of our no smoking policy.

    Do you provide printing facilities for boarding passes?

    Yes, our reception team can help you print your boarding pass.

    What room types does the hotel offer?

    Maldron Hotel Merrion Road boasts 140 spacious and comfortable hotel rooms. Depending on your needs, you can choose between 4 different room types, including double rooms, twin rooms with a double and single bed, executive king rooms and accessible rooms.

    Are there wheelchair accessible rooms available?

    Yes, we have 2 fully wheelchair accessible rooms with walk-in showers and support railings.

    Can we add extra bed/rollaway bed to the room?

    Yes, a limited number of our rooms accept roll-away beds or infant cribs. Please contact our reservations team to check availability. Please note that additional charges may apply.

    Does the hotel provide cots?

    Yes, we have cots available. Please note it in the comments or give us a call on +353 (0)91 792 244 at the time of your booking to reserve one and avoid disappointment on arrival.

    Are the hotel rooms air-conditioned?

    Yes, all our bedrooms are air-conditioned.

    Do the bathrooms have a shower or a bath?

    All bedrooms have a shower except for our family rooms.

    Does the hotel offer wake-up calls?

    Yes, we do offer wake-up calls. Please speak to a member of the reception team to arrange.

    Does the hotel have a restaurant?

    Yes, our Grain & Grill Restaurant offers an array of delicious dishes to tempt your taste buds. Each dish is carefully prepared by our team of expert chefs and is complemented by a fantastic choice of fine wines.

    What time is breakfast served?

    Breakfast is served in the Grain & Grill Restaurant from 7.00am until 10.00am from Monday to Friday, and from 8.00am until 11.00am on weekends and bank holidays. Additionally, in-room breakfast to-go bags are available for guests upon request.

    Does Grain & Grill offer a dedicated kid’s menu?

    Yes, we offer a dedicated kids menu for your little ones.

    Do you have on-site car parking?

    Maldron Hotel Merrion Road Parking can be accessed from the side entrance at Bellevue Avenue. Hotel Car park spaces are located on level -1 with limited availability. Car parking is operated on a first come first serve basis at a rate of €13.00 overnight. Spaces cannot be reserved.

    How to travel from the hotel to the city centre?

    There are many great public transport options in close proximity to the hotel. You can use buses number 4 or 7 or even a train from Booterstown DART station and reach the city centre in less than 30 minutes.

    What is the cancellation policy?
