Living Green is Maldron Hotels environmental movement which inspires care for our environment as a “Way of Life” throughout our hotels, both for our people and our guests.

We have established a core Environmental Impact Team here at Maldron Hotel Kevin Street to lead the way in adapting to a more environmentally efficient business. Our team are passionate and driven about creating a living green culture throughout the hotel. Working together enables us to apply the best practices that contribute to the environment.

Maldron Hotel Kevin Street was built and accredited to LEED gold standard. LEED (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design) is a rating system to certify sustainable buildings. A PV solar array was installed during the build in the property to reduce carbon emissions.
