• Rates are subject to offer availability and excludes Bank Holiday weekends and specific event dates. Minimum length of stay restrictions may apply.
• Your credit card details are required to guarantee the reservation; however, no charge will be made at the time of booking. Reservations cancelled outside of cancellation policy will incur a penalty equivalent to a one night’s stay which will be deducted from the credit card provided at the time of booking.
• The property reserves the right to pre-authorise cards prior to arrival. Should the card decline, they also reserve the right to advise of this accordingly and request cancellation of the booking within the cancellation policy.
• Group bookings may have different cancellation policies depending on the contractual agreements for each individual group with specific hotels.
• For cash payments identification and a pre-auth of credit card in the guest name will be requested upon check-in.
• The Hotel reserves the right to cancel any reservation, regardless of whether a confirmation email has been received by you due to any overbooking, pricing or hotel system error.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
