The Stir Restaurant  at The Maldron Hotel Galway is regarded as one of the finest Galway City restaurants. This Oranmore restaurant is a lively, modern restaurant with striking decor, warm atmosphere, friendly service and of course great food. Our menus are created with plenty of healthy eating options and incorporating a range of seafood and vegetarian dishes

Breakfast :

Buffet Style, served from 7:30am -10.00am Monday to Friday and 7:30am – 11.00am Saturday and Sunday

Lunch :

Carvery style lunch and sandwich bar open 7 days, 12:30pm - 2:30pm Monday to Friday and 1.00pm -3.00pm Saturday and Sunday
Loyalty cards available at cash register in Stir Restaurant.

Dinner :

Stir Restaurant open Friday & Saturdays from 6pm -9pm

The menu features mouth watering dishes such as succulent steaks, Irish & International dishes. 4 course table d’hôte dinner €25.00.
Stir Restaurant also has an excellent Children’s menu which features healthy options, priced at €8.95 with a colouring competition to keep them occupied and also a young adults menu.

The RED ROOM is a private dining area adjacent to the main restaurant suitable for parties up to 30 people.

Q Bar 

A contemporary styled bar, bright yet relaxing and comfortable, where guests can choose from Panini’s, wraps, sandwiches and snacks. Open every day. An extensive evening bar food menu is available from 2.30pm – 9.00pm daily and dinner from 6pm-9pm.

Entertainment :

Musical entertainment is provided nightly on Saturdays throughout the year.

Room Service : available 24 hours.

Bar Opening Times:

10.00am-11.00pm/11:30pm/12:30pm. Supervised and well behaved children are welcome in the bar until 9.00pm.
